We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, engage with potential customers, generate leads, and help convert them into property site visits and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and explain property details.
Handle inbound inquiries about ongoing and upcoming projects.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients and sales teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in CRM.
Follow up with interested clients to close deals.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional tone at all times.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills (in English, Hindi, and local language preferred).
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using MS Office or CRM tools.
Positive attitude, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Qualifications:
Graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹8,434.58 - ₹24,002.27 per month
