The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, explaining our real estate offerings, and generating leads to support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain real estate projects and investment opportunities.
Maintain a daily call log and update lead information in the CRM system.
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into site visits or qualified leads.
Coordinate with the sales team for meetings and client follow-ups.
Handle incoming calls, answer queries, and provide accurate project details.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of
English, Hindi, and Telugu
(preferred).
Confident, proactive, and persuasive attitude.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
Prior experience in
real estate telecalling
or
sales
is an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10+2 or Graduation in any stream.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on experience)
