We are looking for a confident and energetic
Telecaller
to join our real estate sales team. The role involves calling potential leads, explaining project details, generating site visits, and supporting the sales team to close deals.
# Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to fresh and follow-up leads.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location advantages clearly.
Maintain a professional tone and build rapport with prospects.
Schedule and confirm
site visits
for the sales team.
Maintain lead data in CRM/Excel and update follow-up notes.
Understand customer needs and guide them with project options.
Meet daily/weekly calling and site-visit targets.
Coordinate with sales closers for handover of qualified leads.
# Required Skills
Good communication in
Hindi and English
(adjust as needed).
Strong persuasion and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented personality.
Pleasant and professional phone etiquette.
# Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in real estate telecalling is a plus, but freshers can also apply.
# Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹15,000/- to ?20,000/- (as per experience)
