In this role, you will connect with potential customers, explain our ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, generate leads, and help convert them into site visits and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the company-provided database and other lead sources.
Explain property/project details -- including location, amenities, pricing, and payment plans -- clearly and confidently.
Generate and qualify leads through consistent follow-ups and engagement.
Schedule and coordinate
site visits
with interested customers and the field sales team.
Maintain an updated record of leads, calls, and interactions in the company CRM.
Achieve or exceed assigned
monthly sales targets
.
Provide feedback from customers to help improve marketing and sales strategies.
Skills & Requirements
Experience:
6 months to 3 years in telecalling or inside sales (real estate experience preferred).
Education:
Minimum 12th pass (PUC or equivalent).
Languages:
Proficiency in
English
and at least one regional language (Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu).
Communication:
Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Sales Mindset:
Target-driven, self-motivated, and positive attitude toward rejection.

Minimum daily call volume:
80-100 calls

Salary & Benefits
Base Salary:
?15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
