About the role

You'll work at a

real estate company

old and new clients

to qualify them for a site visit or sales discussion,

reply to social messages

audit feedback from previous visits

--all while keeping clean notes in Zoho Bigin.

What you'll do

Call new enquiries within 15 minutes

; qualify diligently (decision-maker, budget, timeline, area, loan need).

Call past/old leads

to re-engage, update status, and progress them to visit/booking.

Reply to social messages

(WhatsApp/FB/IG) with clear, polite written responses.

Audit post-visit feedback

: reach out after visits, capture concerns/NPS, and log next steps; close the loop with Sales Associates. Offer two site-visit slots, confirm, and trigger WhatsApp confirmation. Record call/chat outcome, notes, and next action immediately in

Zoho Bigin

. Share accurate basics (price range, location, travel time) and escalate hot prospects promptly.

Must-haves
