Clearly and confidently explain property features, investment benefits, and other related services.
Maintain and update a database of leads, customer information, and call records.
Follow up diligently with prospective buyers to ensure interest is converted into site visits or sales meetings.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to the overall sales pipeline.
Ensure a professional, courteous, and positive tone during all client interactions.
Coordinate with the sales team to schedule appointments and pass on qualified lead
