The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, following up with prospective buyers, and scheduling site visits for residential and commercial real estate projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused approach to support the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Follow-up:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database or leads provided.
Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to generate interest.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective clients.
Maintain and update call logs, feedback, and client status in the CRM system.
Customer Handling:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate project or team member.
Build rapport with potential clients and provide excellent pre-sales support.
Database Management:
Maintain an accurate and updated database of leads and contacts.
Ensure proper tagging, categorization, and follow-up actions are recorded.
Coordination with Sales Team:
Share qualified leads and appointment details with the sales executives.
Provide timely updates on customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum 12th pass; a degree in any discipline is an advantage.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales support.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication in [English, Hindi, or local language].
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems (preferred).
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
