Make outbound calls to patients for appointment reminders, follow-ups, feedback, and promotional campaigns.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments as per doctor availability.
Provide accurate information about hospital services, timings, doctors, and departments.
Coordinate with departments to confirm appointment slots, reports, or service updates.
Maintain call logs, patient details, and feedback records accurately in the hospital system.
Escalate emergency or critical calls to the concerned department immediately.
Assist in teleconsultation bookings if applicable.
Follow scripts and protocols to ensure quality and consistency in patient communication.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and guidelines.
