Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Franchise Development Team. The role involves reaching out to potential investors and entrepreneurs interested in starting a Preschool. The candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills with a passion for education and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential franchise leads .

Maintain and update lead details in CRM and follow up regularly until closure.

Schedule and coordinate meetings between interested investors and the franchise team..

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline.

1-3 years of experience in telecalling, franchise sales, or education sector preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English and local language.

Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM handling).

Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented personality.

Preferred Experience:

Experience in preschool, education, or franchise sales industry.

Exposure to lead handling and tele-sales processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
