Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and confident

physically challenged (PwD)

candidates for the role of Telecaller. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, providing information to customers, maintaining call records, and supporting the team with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Interaction

Make outbound calls to customers for follow-up, enquiries, and service reminders. Handle inbound calls and provide clear, accurate information. Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

2. Data Management

Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, and follow-ups. Update customer details in the CRM / system.

3. Communication & Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams for customer queries, schedules, and updates. Share daily call reports with the team leader.

4. Service Orientation

Provide polite, professional, and customer-friendly communication. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic issues within limits.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Good communication skills (Tamil/English as required) Basic computer knowledge Active listening and customer-handling skills Ability to work in a structured environment Positive attitude and willingness to learn

SSLC / HSC / Any Degree Freshers or experienced candidates can apply
