Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to promote and sell WiFi Security solutions. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our WiFi security services, identifying customer needs, and generating leads or sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote WiFi security services Explain features and benefits of WiFi security solutions clearly Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans Generate leads and fix appointments for sales or technical teams Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups Handle customer queries and provide basic product information Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets Follow company communication scripts and compliance guidelines. Handle back-end office work including data entry, lead updates, and documentation Update customer information and call status in internal systems Prepare daily reports and coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of customer data.
