We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to communicate with potential and existing customers over the phone. The Telecaller will be responsible for explaining products/services, generating leads, handling customer queries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and receive inbound calls
Explain company products or services clearly and confidently
Generate leads and schedule appointments or follow-ups
Answer customer queries and resolve issues politely
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
Build and maintain good customer relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role (freshers can apply)
Excellent communication skills in [language(s)]
Good listening and persuasion skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software)
Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
