Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/students from provided databases
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Explain products, services, courses, or offers clearly and convincingly
Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales/admissions
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database regularly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
Address customer queries, objections, and concerns politely
Coordinate with internal teams for follow-ups and closures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification:
12th pass / Graduate preferred
Strong verbal communication skills in
English & Hindi
(regional language is a plus)
Good listening and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Freshers welcome (training will be provided)
Experience
0-2 years
of experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or admissions
Experience in
education, real estate, banking, or sales
is an advantage
