Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to manage daily operations and customer interactions for our Porter logistics services. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, coordinate vehicle bookings, assist customers and drivers, and ensure smooth last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Interaction & Support

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Porter bookings, delivery status, pricing, and queries. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution. Provide accurate information regarding services, charges, timelines, and policies.

2. Driver / Partner Coordination

Coordinate with Porter drivers for order assignment, pickup, and delivery. Resolve driver queries related to route, payment, and customer requirements. Ensure timely dispatch and monitor driver compliance with service standards.

3. Order & Operational Management

Track ongoing orders in real-time and coordinate delays or changes. Escalate operational issues to the concerned team (dispatch, ground ops, tech, etc.). Verify customer details, load type, vehicle requirements, and trip instructions.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain call logs, order details, issue reports, and follow-ups in the system. Prepare daily/weekly reports on call volumes, completed tasks, and escalations.

Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Graduate preferred.

Experience:

1-2 years in telecalling, customer support, call center, or logistics. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages preferred). Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Porter dashboard familiarity). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
