Telecallers (Freshers & Experienced)

to join our growing

Visa Consultancy team

. The role involves engaging with potential clients, providing accurate information about visa and immigration services, and assisting them through the initial stages of the application process. Candidates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in the overseas education or immigration sector are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in study, work, or migration visas. Explain visa types, eligibility criteria, and services offered by the company. Handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and provide accurate information. Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth consultation and conversion process. Maintain client databases and update records regularly in CRM software. Coordinate with visa counselors and assist clients with scheduling appointments. Achieve individual and team targets for lead generation and conversions.

Requirements:

For Freshers:

Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling). Training will be provided by the company.

For Experienced Candidates:

1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller / Counselor / Sales Executive (preferably in Visa or Education Consultancy), and salary will be provided as per their experience and interview. Strong persuasive and communication skills. Good understanding of visa processes for countries such as Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc. (preferred). Ability to handle customer queries and close leads effectively. Familiarity with CRM tools and data entry systems.
