Urgent Hiring for Telecaller Location : Mohali Experience : 1 to 2 year in Realestate , BPO & Insurance Sector Preference : Female candidate only

Telesales Executive generates leads and closes sales by contacting potential clients via phone to discuss properties, build rapport, and guide them through the sales process, achieving sales targets while managing client data in a CRM. Key responsibilities include cold calling, providing property information, handling inquiries, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining up-to-date market knowledge. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, along with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to use CRM software, are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation:Make outbound calls to potential buyers and renters to generate leads for properties. Client Engagement:Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, provide detailed information about real estate properties, and build relationships. Sales & Closing:Persuade potential clients to purchase or rent properties, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. Information Provision:Answer client inquiries, provide property details, and explain features and benefits. CRM Management:Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and customer information in CRM systems. Coordination:Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate property viewings and ensure a smooth sales process. Follow-up:Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business. Problem-Solving:Address client questions or complaints, troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Market Knowledge:Stay updated on real estate industry trends, local market conditions, and property-related regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and persuade clients. Negotiation Skills:Strong ability to negotiate terms and persuade clients to make favorable decisions. Sales Skills:Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through proactive and persistent efforts. Customer Service:Commitment to providing excellent service and resolving client needs and inquiries. Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software to manage customer data. Persuasion:The ability to be persuasive and motivated in a fast-paced sales environment. Real Estate Knowledge:A basic understanding of the real estate market and buyer behavior is beneficial. Educational Background:Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with some employers preferring a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
