We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Telecaller - Computer Operator
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle both telecalling and data entry tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to customers for product/service promotion, lead generation, or feedback collection.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain a record of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex queries to the concerned department.
Computer Operations:
Enter, update, and maintain customer information in databases.
Generate daily reports and maintain records.
Manage basic office software like MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
Assist with data compilation and documentation tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
