Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound queries from US-based clients.
Clearly communicate product/service information and respond to inquiries.
Maintain records of conversations
Follow up on leads and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Handle client objections effectively and professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues if needed.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a tele calling/customer service role dealing with US clients.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Ability to work in night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in BPO/KPO or international calling is a plus.
Familiarity with US culture and customer service expectations.
