Telecaller (Lead Management and Sales Support)

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our team. This role is crucial for our sales operations, as you will be responsible for turning fresh leads into a productive database and ensuring our sales team has the information they need to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to new leads, clearly communicating our products/services.
Gather and manage all lead data into a clean, organized, and productive database.
Generate and share daily reports with the sales team.
Identify and highlight "hot" leads or potential opportunities for immediate follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
Act as the crucial link between lead generation and the sales team's closing efforts.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a telecalling, data management, or sales support role.
Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM software and data management tools.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
A basic understanding of the sales cycle is a plus.
