H&S Immigration is seeking a confident and enthusiastic
Telecaller
to join our client outreach team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients seeking immigration and visa services. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls, answer inquiries, explain services, and set appointments for follow-ups with our expert consultants. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to incoming inquiries.
Provide accurate information about visa options, study abroad programs, and other immigration services.
Maintain records of calls and client responses in CRM systems or spreadsheets.
Schedule appointments for walk-ins or in-office consultations.
Follow up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate.
Handle basic client queries professionally and direct complex questions to senior staff.
Work closely with admission officers and case handlers for smooth coordination.
Maintain a polite and professional tone during all interactions.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
6 months to 2 years of telecalling, customer service, or sales experience (preferably in education or immigration industry).
Good spoken and written communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Punjabi
.
Basic knowledge of immigration or study visa processes (preferred but not mandatory).
Comfortable using phones, basic computer systems, and CRM software.
Positive attitude, and ability to work under targets.

Ability to build a good connection with clients over the phone.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Time management and multitasking capabilities.
