Job Description

Customer Interaction:

Engaging with customers over the phone to provide information, resolve queries, or offer products/services.

Lead Generation & Sales:

Making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or take action.

Customer Support:

Assisting customers with issues, complaints, or inquiries and ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Data Management:

Updating customer records, maintaining call logs, and reporting feedback to the relevant department.

Follow-ups:

Maintaining customer relationships by regularly following up on inquiries, complaints, or previous interactions.
