About the job:-

We are looking for Telle callers in Ludhiana for full time you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue through effective communication with potential customers. Your computer skills, proficiency in MS-Excel, and fluency in spoken English and Hindi and Punjabi will be key assets in this role.

Key responsibilities:-

Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in MS-Excel. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales opportunities. Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure continued interest in company products and services. Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for outbound calls and appointments set. Continuously update and improve knowledge of company products and industry trends to better serve customers.

Who can apply:-
