The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, following up with potential clients, providing accurate information about immigration and visa services, and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain services related to immigration and study abroad programs.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information to clients.
Follow up regularly with interested leads to convert them into walk-ins and registrations.
Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and follow-ups using CRM or Excel.
Schedule appointments for counselors and coordinate meetings.
Maintain professional relationships with clients by providing excellent service.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages (if required).
Ability to handle client queries professionally and politely.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
