Key Responsibilities:
Handle
incoming calls
and resolve customer queries professionally.
Make
outbound calls
to leads and explain services offered.
Convert potential inquiries into walk-ins or confirmed leads.
Maintain and update the call database regularly.
Provide accurate information to clients regarding visa, study, or travel services (if applicable).
Follow-up with interested customers and build strong client relationships.
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, CRM).
Polite and confident with a positive attitude.
Goal-oriented and willing to work under pressure.
Previous telecalling experience is a plus.
