Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available property options
Follow up on leads received from marketing, portals, and social media
Maintain and update
property inventory
(units, availability, prices, owner details)
Manage lead records in Excel/CRM and update status regularly
Fix appointments and schedule site visits for the sales team
Provide basic property details and project information to clients over the phone
Maintain daily calling reports and follow-up sheets
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams as needed
Requirements
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or local language)
Comfortable making 80-150 calls per day
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
Ability to manage calling + inventory work
Prior experience in real estate calling (preferred but not mandatory)
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
