About the Role:



We are seeking an enthusiastic

Telecaller

to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and support the sales/marketing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Generate leads, follow up, and maintain client relationships. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer information in CRM/software. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for closures. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when required.

Requirements:



Minimum

12th pass / Graduate

in any field.

0-2 years of experience

in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (freshers can also apply). Excellent communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language as required]. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Persuasive, confident, and target-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?20,000.00 per month
