Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and potential guests from our database.
Share details of ongoing promotions, events, and special offers.
Collect feedback from guests regarding their experience.
Confirm visit dates or bookings.
Accurately update guest details, preferenes, and call outcomes in the system.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations) to relay guest inputs or requests.
Maintain a courteous and professional tone throughout all interactions.
Meet call targets, feedback collection metrics, and engagement benchmarks.
Key Requirements:
Strong verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette.
Confidence in speaking VIP guests.
Prior experience in tele calling, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Familiarity with basic computer operations and CRM tools.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
