Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Outbound Telecaller to join our sales team. The primary goal of this role is to reach out to prospective customers via phone, generate leads, explain our products or services, overcome objections, and help convert prospects into clients. The candidate should be comfortable working with targets and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Make
outbound calls
to assigned lists of prospects / leads and engage them to generate interest in our offerings.
Explain features, benefits, and pricing of products or services clearly.
Identify customer needs, qualify prospects, address objections, and follow up until closure or hand?over to sales closer.
Maintain high call volume while ensuring the quality of interaction.
Record all call details, customer feedback, outcomes, and next steps in the CRM.
Meet or exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales / conversion / lead generation targets.
Coordinate with sales, marketing & product teams for updated scripts, promotional campaigns, product changes etc.
Follow up with prospects, nurture leads over time.
Provide feedback on customer objections, market trends, and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with call scripts, company policies, and ethical sales practices.
What We're Looking For
Minimum education bachelor's degree.
Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / outbound sales is preferred (but freshers with strong communication skills can be considered).
Excellent verbal communication skills, fluency in (English / Hindi / regional language as required).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection / objections positively, remain resilient & motivated under target pressure.
Good listening skills, with ability to understand customer needs.
Basic computer skills (typing, using telephone systems), experience with CRM software is a plus.
Organized, with good record-keeping and follow-up discipline.
Goal?oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines / targets.
