Job Summary:

We are hiring a dynamic and motivated Telecaller who will be responsible for outbound cold calling, lead generation, and maintaining accurate lead data. The role involves contacting potential customers, sharing positive leads with the respective departments, pitching for walk-in discussions, following up with old leads, and updating reports in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers from the provided database. Identify positive leads and share them promptly with the concerned department. Pitch the company's products/services to encourage walk-in discussions. Follow up consistently with old leads to maximize conversion. Maintain and update detailed records of all calls, leads, and follow-ups in Excel sheets. Coordinate internally with sales and other departments to ensure smooth lead handling. Achieve daily/weekly targets for call volume and lead sharing. Maintain a professional and courteous approach at all times.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in [Insert Languages, e.g., English, Hindi]). Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of Excel (updating, maintaining sheets). Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum Graduation preferred. 0-1 years of tele calling/cold calling experience preferred. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?10,000.00 per month
