We are hiring for the position of

Tele-Caller

to join our team in Ludhiana. We have openings available for female candidates, both married and unmarried. Freshers with a good command of English and basic computer skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach:

Call potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services using provided scripts.

Customer Support:

Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the company and its offerings.

Sales & Lead Generation:

Ask questions to understand customer needs, persuade them to purchase, and close sales. Forward promising leads to the field sales team when necessary.

Data Entry:

Enter and update customer information accurately in the company database.

Order Processing:

Take and process customer orders correctly.

Customer Service:

Address and resolve customer complaints to maintain a positive company reputation.

Record Keeping:

Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and other important information.

Key Requirements:

Communication:

Strong communication and

convincing skills in English.

Computer Skills:

Basic knowledge of email and MS-Excel.

Residency:

Preference will be given to local candidates from the surrounding area.
