Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Telecaller / Office Administrator

with at least

1 year of experience

in a steel distribution or similar industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer communication via phone, supporting sales operations, maintaining office documentation, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Telecalling:



Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and services. Follow up on inquiries and leads received from the sales team or website. Maintain a customer database and update interaction details regularly. Handle customer queries related to product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams for order status and delivery schedules.

Office Administration:



Maintain and update records such as purchase orders, invoices, challans, and delivery notes. Assist with preparing quotations, sales orders, and follow-up documentation. Coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning and tracking. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails. Support day-to-day administrative functions including filing, scanning, and documentation. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.

Requirements:



Minimum

1+ years of experience

in telecalling or office administration, preferably in the steel or trading industry. Good communication skills in

English, Hindi, and regional language

(as applicable). Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

and familiarity with

Tally / ERP software

is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Basic knowledge of steel products (pipes, sheets, rods, etc.) is an added advantage.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce / Business Administration preferred).

1+ years of experience in telecalling or office administration
