ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Sales Support:
Make outbound calls and attend inbound enquiries.
Explain project details, collect lead information, and follow up with clients.
Schedule site visits and maintain follow-up records.
Coordinate with the sales/MD for client meetings.
Office Administration:
Maintain daily office cleanliness and basic office upkeep.
Manage and organize company files, documents, and records.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
Assist the Managing Director in daily schedule planning and meeting arrangements.
Maintain office supplies and support day-to-day operational tasks.
Required Experience
Minimum
2 years
of experience in Telecalling / Customer Support.
Minimum
1 year
of experience in Office Administration.
Skills Required
Good communication skills (Tamil required; English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp Business).
Strong follow-up and client-handling abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Neat, professional, and well-organized personality.
