Position: Punjabi Telecaller / Customer Relations Executive
Qualification: Graduate / UG
Experience: 1+ Year
Industry: Clinic / Medical / Healthcare Retail
Salary: up to INR 25,000/-
Location: Noida Sec. 57 (Punjabi / Gujarati / Kannada Telecaller), Noida Sec. 63(English Telecaller) & Green Park, Delhi(Punjabi & English Telecaller)
Interview Mode: Face to Face

Consult customers via telephone throughout every step of the process.
Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer.
Act as the middleman between the customer and our partner providers.
Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids
After understanding the level of hearing loss and budget of the customer suggest him/her the ideal hearing aid for him/her and help them purchase a hearing aid
Must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in Telesales/Inside sales/BPO Calling
Must Have Good Communication skills
Should be Fluent in Punjabi
