Profile: Telecaller A Telecaller is a person who makes phone calls to customers, clients, or potential customers or clients on behalf of a company or organization. The purpose of the calls can be to gather information, promote a product or service, or make a sale. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Answer customer calls and provides timely and accurate information about our products and services \xc2\xb7 Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner \xc2\xb7 Take orders and process payments over the phone \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions \xc2\xb7 Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal \xc2\xb7 Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism \xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and as part of a team \xc2\xb7 Comfort with using computers and inputting data quickly and accurately Job Type: Full-time
