We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Telecaller to join Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating awareness about the trust's initiatives and generating support through calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to engage donors, volunteers, or beneficiaries over the phone.- Make outbound calls to individuals, corporates, or potential donors to inform them about the trust's activities and fundraising campaigns.- Answer incoming calls from beneficiaries or stakeholders and provide accurate information about services and support.- Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with callers, ensuring a professional and empathetic tone.- Record call details, feedback, and follow-up requirements in the system.- Support the outreach and awareness team in telecommunication campaigns and events.
