JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Tele caller to boost our admissions by communicating with students & parents. Candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable course, to be able to provide the best tele calling experience,
Responsibilities:
1. Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.
2. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database
3. Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his / her requirement
4. Explaining eligibility criteria, admission procedures, course structure, course details
