Job Summary:



We are looking for a

dynamic and confident Telecaller

with strong communication and client engagement skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

connecting with potential clients, explaining our IT and cybersecurity services, and scheduling meetings for the technical/sales team

.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services (Firewall, VAPT, Managed IT, Network Security, etc.). Generate interest and qualify leads based on business needs. Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the sales/technical team. Maintain and update client database (CRM) with accurate information. Follow up on leads through calls and emails to ensure maximum conversion. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and meeting setups. Maintain professional communication and represent the company in a positive manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Minimum

6 months to 2 years of experience

in tele calling / inside sales (preferably in IT, software, or cybersecurity domain). Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

in English and Hindi. Strong ability to engage and convince prospects professionally. Good understanding of IT services, networking, and cybersecurity concepts (preferred). Proficient in using MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
