  • Total experience:-3 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Minimum experience:- 1-2 years of experience in tele calling, with a proven track record of success in real estate sales or a related field.
Education:-High school diploma required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Skillset:-
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software
IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED FULL TIME Profile Introduction: As a Telecaller in the Real Estate sector, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting real estate services, and generating leads through effective communication over the phone. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a persuasive communication style, and a deep understanding of real estate offerings. Requirements: Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present real estate solutions persuasively. Real Estate Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, property types, and legalities, to provide accurate information to clients. Sales Aptitude: Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify and convert leads into potential customers. Customer Service: A customer-centric approach with the ability to address client queries, concerns, and provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction. Target Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed targets within specified timelines. Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of CRM software and other communication tools for efficient lead management. Responsibilities: Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce real estate services and generate leads. Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and preferences of potential clients to qualify leads effectively. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on real estate offerings, pricing, and market trends to provide accurate information to clients. Follow-up: Regularly follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion. Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide necessary support Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Schedule:
