Urgently required Senior Telesales Executives (Female Only) to Generate and Convert leads into clients/customers by making calls, sending emails and chats. Responsibilities:

• Obtaining and updating lists of individuals\' contact details.

• Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of items.

• Addressing clients\' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.

• Noting important details of each conversation.

• Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.

• Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.

• Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.

• Conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others\' dispositions.

• Must be an excellent communicator and should have relevant experience on Tele sales in any service industry.

• Should have good computer knowledge.

• Must be good in English, hard-worker and should have the aspiration to grow in professional life.

• Customer Satisfaction will be the most important parameter.

• Only Experienced Female candidates Tele sales can apply.

• English both verbal and written communication, Hindi verbal communication is a must

• Follow up with leads by making calls, sending emails, messages through WhatsApp is mandatory.

• MBA Marketing candidates with commerce background are preferred.
