Telecaller position is available at Miran Proptech, a leading real estate consultancy . This is a full-time role based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience in telecalling. The primary responsibility of a Telecaller is to make cold calls to potential clients, generate leads, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to business development.
Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor
• Ability to persuade and influence others effectively
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred
• Good knowledge of lead generation techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client objections
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Make cold calls to potential clients and inform them about our services
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients
• Provide excellent customer service and address client queries
• Assist in business development activities and contribute to company growth
• Maintain accurate records of calls made and results achieved
