Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries professionally.
Clearly communicate product/service details to customers.
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system.
Resolve customer queries with courtesy and accuracy.
Escalate issues to the supervisor when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory).
Fluency in
English or Hindi
(either one is essential).
Knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer calls with confidence and patience.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
Prior telecalling or customer service experience is an added benefit.
