We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team in Bhopal. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, explaining products or services, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound calls Explain company products/services clearly and convincingly Generate leads and follow up with interested customers Maintain accurate customer records and call details Handle customer queries and provide proper information Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets Maintain a polite, professional, and positive attitude on calls

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or above Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus) Ability to handle customers confidently over the phone Basic computer knowledge preferred Fresher candidates will be provided training Experienced candidates will have an added advantage
