Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain Sun Shaper Energy's solar products and services
Generate leads and schedule site visits/appointments for the sales team
Explain the benefits of solar energy solutions to residential and commercial clients
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses
Handle customer queries politely and professionally
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 10+2 / Graduate preferred
Good communication skills in
Hindi
(English is a plus)
Basic knowledge of telecalling or sales (freshers can apply)
Ability to convince and build rapport with customers
Basic computer knowledge
Experience
Fresher or 1-2 years of telecalling/sales experience
preferred
