Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list.
Clearly and professionally communicate product or service information.
Answer customer questions and address their concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English .
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
