Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and inbound calls to customers.
Collect customer feedback post-purchase and document insights.
Establish basic relationship touchpoints to enhance customer experience and retention.
Assist customers with queries, product information, and order-related concerns.
Resolve basic customer issues or coordinate with internal teams for escalation.
Maintain a proper database of customer calls and interactions.
Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in
Hindi & English

Basic computer knowledge
Good listening skills, patience, and customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and work with attention to detail.
