Handle inbound calls and assist with customer inquiries when required.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and feedback.
Skills & Requirements:
? Excellent verbal communication in English/Hindi
? Confidence, positive attitude, and persuasive speaking skills.
? Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM / Google Sheets).
? Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
? Quick learner with a customer-first mindset.
