Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident

Telecaller

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with students, explaining our training, internship, and placement programs, and guiding them toward suitable opportunities. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills to achieve enrollment targets and ensure a smooth counseling experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Call and connect with students to inform them about our

training, internship, and placement programs

. Explain program benefits clearly and

convince students

to visit the center or attend counseling sessions. Handle student inquiries

professionally

and ensure timely

follow-ups

. Assist in

career counseling

to help students choose the right course or internship path. Collaborate with the

HR and Marketing teams

to meet

enrollment and placement goals

. Support

promotional and lead generation

activities when required. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and student interactions in the CRM or database. Work proactively to achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification:

Graduate / Undergraduate

Excellent

communication and convincing skills

Strong

telephonic etiquette

and a student-friendly attitude Basic knowledge of

MS Office / CRM tools

Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
