Answer inquiries related to training schedules, fees, and other relevant details.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to convert them into enrolled students.
Handle inbound calls from prospective students and address their queries promptly.
Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with students.
Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and promotional events.
Contribute to achieving overall student enrollment goals.
