Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads. Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information about products/services. Follow up on leads and maintain database. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Address customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the concerned department. Maintain a high level of professionalism during all interactions. Keep records of calls and update CRM systems accordingly. Adhere to shift schedules, including night and weekend shifts.

Requirements:

Education

: Graduate preferred.
