Job Title:

Telecaller - Skill Development Projects (Calling Only)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-driven Telecaller to support the mobilization of candidates for government-funded skill development programs such as PMKVY, PMFME, and others. This is a calling-only position focused on outreach, awareness building, and enrollment support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective candidates using the provided leads database Share accurate and complete information about training programs, benefits, and eligibility criteria Handle basic candidate queries and resolve doubts about the training and enrollment process Follow up with interested candidates for registration, document collection, and next steps Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and activity reports using Excel or Google Sheets

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred) Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is a plus Good verbal and written communication skills Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, etc.) Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role preferred

Location: Arera Colony, Bhopal Work Mode: On-site Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 -
10,000 per month Mobile recharge allowance provided
